Maksimalkan Masa Berlaku WHV Anda!
– Lupa tanggal kadaluarsa visa Anda.

a. AUD 3,580 untuk penolakan visa umum, dibayarkan di awal saat pendaftaran perkara;
b. AUD 2,203 untuk penolakan visa protection, dibayarkan diakhir setelah ART memutus perkara.
*biaya-biaya tersebut belum termasuk biaya pendampingan profesional
a. AUD 4,015 untuk biaya pendaftaran perkara, dibayarkan diawal;
b. AUD 995/hari untuk biaya sidang (jika terdapat undangan sidang in-person);
a. AUD 5,830 untuk biaya pendaftaran perkara, dibayarkan diawal;
b. AUD 1,375 – AUD 6,955/hari untuk biaya sidang (jika terdapat undangan sidang in-person, semakin banyak hari sidang, semakin meningkat biaya sidangnya);
a. Mengajukan aplikasi penghapusan atau perubahan kondisi visa melalui formulir resmi Departemen Dalam Negeri (Form 1005 – Application for a Bridging Visa with Work Rights) atau melalui ImmiAccount.
Anda tetap berpeluang mendaftar partner visa.
a. Hubungan didaftarkan
Jika hubungan Anda sudah terdaftar di Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) di negara bagian/teritori tertentu (misalnya Victoria, NSW, Queensland, Tasmania, ACT), Anda tidak perlu memenuhi syarat 12 bulan.
b. Alasan kemanusiaan/compelling and compassionate circumstances
c. Pasangan pemegang Permanent Humanitarian Visa
a. keadaan pribadi (keluarga, pekerjaan, ekonomi);
b. riwayat imigrasi dan kepatuhan visa;
Contoh: Lulusan S1 Pertanian ingin mengambil Master of Environmental Management.
