Prior to establishing INTEGRITY, he had served as the special advisor of law, human rights, and corruption eradication to the President of the Republic of Indonesia (2008-2011) and the Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights (2011-2014). Pada Kamis, 15 Februari 2024, Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Jakarta mengabulkan Gugatan yang diajukan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Jambi (“YPJ”), pimpinan Camelia Puji Astuti, dan beberapa Penggugat lainnya, terhadap surat pengesahan pendirian badan hukum Yayasan Pendidikan Jambi Tujuh Tujuh (“YPJ 77”) dan Yayasan Pendidikan Batanghari Jambi (“YPBJ”) yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM (“Menkumham”), selaku Tergugat. Dengan dikabulkannya Gugatan ini, maka keputusan atas pengesahan badan hukum kedua yayasan tandingan a quo dinyatakan batal dan mengharuskan Menkumham untuk mencabutnya.

His area of expertise specializes in administrative law and constitutional law. He started his career as a Junior Researcher at SETARA Institute. He then became an Expert Staff at Commission III of the House of Representative of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) prior to joining INTEGRITY. Abdulatief Zainal, S.H.

Graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta with a concentration in business law (2018). He was active in the Moot Court Community organization and has achieved a number of academic milestones including the Semifinals of the Diponegoro Law Fair National Law Debate, 2nd Place in the Airlangga Law Competition National Law Debate, and Winner of the Regional and National Constitutional Debates of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (2015-2016). Musthakim Alghosyaly, S.H.

Menyelesaikan jenjang pendidikan sarjana hukum di Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar pada tahun 2019. Selama kuliah, terlibat aktif dalam gerakan antikorupsi kemahasiswaan serta diberi kesempatan menjadi Ketua Garda Tipikor Fakultas Hukum Universitas Hasanuddin periode 2016-2017. Terlibat sebagai peserta Karya Latihan Bantuan Hukum (KALABAHU) LBH Makassar (2018). Sebelum berkarir di INTEGRITY, ia mengabdi sebagai staf peneliti di Pusat Bantuan Hukum PERADI Makassar pada tahun 2019.

Tareq Elven, S.H.

Tareq Elven is an Associate of our associate firm in Indonesia. Tareq obtained LL.B with honours from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2019. Since joining INTEGRITY Law Firm in 2020, Tareq has handled numerous cases at the Constitutional Court of Indonesia, including Disputes over the Regional Head Election Result (PHPKADA) for the 2020 South Kalimantan Gubernatorial Election and Judicial Review (PUU) of Election Law and ITE Law. He is also worked on the team handling cases of mining, agrarian, forestry, and business disputes. During his studies, Tareq attended international courses at Istanbul University in Turkey (2016) and International Islamic University Malaysia (2017), represented Indonesia at ASEAN Youth Forum in Manila in the Philippines (2017), and received a full scholarship from the TEMASEK Foundation International to study at Singapore Polytechnic under the Learning Express programme (2018). Tareq was named the Most Outstanding Student of Kopertis V-Yogyakarta by the Indonesian Ministry of Research and Higher Education (2017).

Caisa Aamuliadiga, S.H., M.H.

Caisa Aamuliadiga or friendly known as Diga, is an Associate of our associate firm in Indonesia. Earned his Bachelor of Law from Universitas Andalas in 2016 and Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2021. While in school, Diga co-founded Debate and Legal Research Communities, served as the President of Faculty of Law’s Student Executive Body, and actively participated in numerous university-level legal drafting competitions across Indonesia. His Master’s Thesis discusses the intersection of intellectual property law with business competition law.

Prior to joining INTEGRITY Law Firm, Diga worked as an investigator at the Deputy for Law Enforcement, Commission on Business Competition Supervisory (KPPU). At KPPU, he was involved in a team handling several important cases, such as the case of Price-fixing cartels on domestic flight routes tickets, tender conspiracy (bid-rigging) in several road constructions in East Java, Surabaya-Ambon freight containers route fixing price cartels, Netflix block by telecommunication companies, and many more. Diga has also analyzed the phenomenon of concurrent position in a number of State-Owned Enterprises and its subsidiaries while at KPPU.

Gusti Ika Purnama Sari, S.H.

Merupakan lulusan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gadjah Mada. Pernah bertugas pada Staf Khusus Presiden di Bidang Hukum, Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Pemberantasan Korupsi. Selain itu juga memiliki pengalaman tergabung dalam Tim Asistensi Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Mafia Hukum, dan bekerja sebagai Staf Wakil Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia tahun 2011 – 2014. Saat ini menjadi bagian Legal Administrator di INTEGRITY Law Firm.

Anjas Rinaldi Siregar, S.H.

Mendapat gelar sarjana hukumnya di Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (2021). Saat menjadi Mahasiswa, ia aktif di berbagai organisasi internal dan eksternal kampus. Tahun 2020 dipercaya sebagai Ketua Moot Court Community yang membawa UIN Jakarta mendapat banyak torehan prestasi di bidang debat hukum, karya tulis ilmiah dan peradilan semu. Ia sendiri berhasil menjuarai Kompetisi Peradilan Semu Pidana tingkat Nasional, Kompetisi Mediasi Nasional Piala Ketua Mahkamah Agung dan menjadi delegasi Kompetisi Peradilan Semu Konstitusi yang diselenggarakan oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi, hingga dinobatkan sebagai mahasiswa berprestasi (student achievement award).

Sejak bergabung dengan INTEGRITY ia telah terlibat dalam tim yang menangani perkara Judicial Review Presidential Threshold, gugatan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum oleh Penguasa (OOD), maladministrasi korporasi, sengketa administrasi pertambangan/sawit, persekongkolan perusahaan swasta dalam penyerobotan lahan negara dan penanganan kasus kecurangan CPNS 2019.

Amella Lismarina, S.P.

Amella Lismarina, S.P. Merupakan lulusan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Pernah bertugas di Divisi Teknik pada proyek KSO PT Hutama Karya – PT Bumi Karsa (2008-2011). Ia juga pernah membantu kerja pada Satuan Tugas Pemberantasan Mafia Hukum, dan pada Staf Khusus Presiden Bidang Hukum, Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Pemberantasan Korupsi. Sutrisno

Sutrisno adalah mahasiswa hukum semester 7 di Universitas Terbuka Indonesia. Sejak bergabung dengan INTEGRITY pada tahun 2019 sebagai paralegal, ia telah banyak membantu menangani kasus baik litigasi maupun non-litigasi. Beberapa kasus penting yang pernah turut ditanganinya adalah penyelesaian sengketa Pilpres 2019 dan Pilgub Kalsel 2020 di Mahkamah Konstitusi. Sifat rajin dan kerja kerasnya menjadikan Trisno sebagai sosok yang selalu dapat diandalkan dalam menangani berbagai kasus. Trisno akan selalu siap membantu untuk menangani perkara.

Deden Rafi Syafiq Rabbani, S.H.

Menyelesaikan studi sarjana hukum di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Padjadjaran pada tahun 2023. Mempunyai berbagai pengalaman dalam bidang penelitian dan penulisan hukum, dengan telah menghasilkan 8 (delapan) artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi nasional pada bidang hukum tata negara, hukum keimigrasian, dan hukum perdagangan internasional dari tahun 2020 – 2022.

Aktif mengikuti konferensi internasional dan nasional seperti Asian Law & Society Association (2022) di Vietnam dan Konferensi Hukum Tata Negara VII (2022) di Malang Indonesia. Tahun 2022 – sekarang telah bergabung di INTEGRITY dan terlibat dalam penanganan perkara pengujian undang-undang di MK maupun MA. Meraih penghargaan sebagai Runner-up Duta Peradilan Indonesia Tahun 2022 oleh Mahkamah Agung RI dan Juara 2 Debat INTEGRITY Scholarship I (2022).

Sarah Aisha Rizal, S.H., M.H.

Bergabung dengan INTEGRITY Law Firm di 2022. Lulus dengan gelar master dari Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2020, ia fokus pada minatnya pada bidang hukum Sumber Daya Alam, khususnya kebijakan-kebijakan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap lingkungan hidup di masa yang akan datang. Sejak bergabung dengan INTEGRITY Law Firm pada akhir tahun 2022, Sarah telah terlibat dalam berbagai tim, menangani berbagai kasus mulai dari hukum imigrasi hingga hukum pidana. Dia juga telah menulis artikel tentang berbagai isu. Sebelum bergabung dengan INTEGRITY Law Firm, ia membantu dosennya dalam mempersiapkan dan mengajar Hukum Kehutanan di berbagai kelas (2022).
